For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre we process the information provided by interested persons in order to manage registration for attendance at courses, workshops, festivals and/or other activities organized by ROPA. This includes carrying out all administrative procedures necessary for this purpose, such as validating the information provided. Data regarding possible food allergies may also be requested. These health data will be subject to enhanced security measures appropriate to the type of specially protected data they represent. These data will be retained during the duration of the course or festival and will subsequently be blocked until the applicable limitation periods have elapsed.

Another purpose is sending information requested about courses, workshops, festivals and/or other activities organized by Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre and to know your opinion regarding the information provided, as well as managing the sending of commercial information about other offers of Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre. Data used for information management will be retained for the time necessary to carry out this activity and subsequently blocked until the applicable limitation periods have elapsed. Data used for sending commercial information will be kept until you express your wish for them to be deleted.

Another purpose is the use of images in which you may appear individually or in groups, taken during the celebration of the course and/or festivals. These images will be kept until you express your wish for them to be deleted.

Data necessary for commercial and administrative management will also be processed, such as issuing the corresponding invoices for suppliers, teaching staff, artistic teams and technical teams. Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre will also process the data of legal guardians who authorize the attendance of minors at events organized by ROPA in order to comply with applicable regulations. These data will be retained for the duration of the event and subsequently blocked until the applicable limitation periods have elapsed.

Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre will process the data of persons who make financial donations to the organization in order to properly manage these donations, carry out control of such donations and maintain relations with banking entities. These data will be retained for the time necessary to carry out this activity and subsequently blocked until the applicable limitation periods have elapsed.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the contract through which you may attend courses, workshops, festivals and/or other activities organized by Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre. For the use of photographs, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Associació Amics de les Arts Escèniques Terres de l’Ebre in presenting its activities to the public.
