URBAN DANCE

KIDS

Marc Adell
From 11:30 to 13:00
Under 14 years old

In this workshop, we will work on musicality, groove, and the basic steps of hip-hop, dancehall, and other styles. Through various exercises and activities, we will unlock all parts of the body to move with greater freedom, control, and energy. We will explore how to inhabit space and put the body at the service of the music, staying true to the roots of urban dance through training, enjoyment, and community.
